The RNY Elastic Fastening System has been designed for application in concrete sleepers, offering an effective and durable solution for the fastening of 115 lb. rails. Each sleeper requires the following elements for a complete installation:
Items Needed per Sleeper:
- 4 RNY Reinforced Elastic Cleats.
- 4 SL Anchor Bolts with Nut and Washer
- 4 Insulating Washers
- 2 Thermoplastic Elastomer Pillows, Type U-2
- 2 Semi-Cylindrical Bearings Shock Absorbers
